5.1 All bets placed on ct77 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the Platform at the time of placing the wager. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.
5.2 ct77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, placed using erroneous odds, or placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the Player's wallet at the original stake value.
5.3 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game session, ct77's system records shall be used to determine the outcome. ct77 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
5.4 All live casino game results – including roulette outcomes, baccarat card deals, and blackjack hands – are final once the round is officially closed. No appeals regarding live dealer decisions can be entertained after round closure.
6.1 ct77 offers promotions and bonuses at its sole discretion. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Bonus abuse – including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or employing strategies that ct77 deems to constitute systematic exploitation of promotional terms – will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and potential account suspension.
6.3 ct77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8.1 ct77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides Responsible Gaming Tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings section of your ct77 account and take effect immediately upon activation.

10.3 ct77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ct77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ct77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of ct77 following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to updated Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations.
